These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ListScribe ("we", "our", or "us") and its AI-powered listing description service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
ListScribe provides an AI-powered tool that generates real estate listing descriptions based on property details you provide. The generated content is intended as a starting point and draft aid for real estate professionals. All output should be reviewed before use.
You must create an account to use ListScribe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

The Pro plan is billed at $49 per month. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your original purchase unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until your paid period ends. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to your registered email address.
Free accounts are limited to 3 listing descriptions. This limit is per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
Content generated by ListScribe is produced by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it. ListScribe makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you generate using the service.
ListScribe and its underlying technology, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
